Summary: | 碩士 === 義守大學 === 電機工程學系碩士班 === 93 === As a development of power industry deregulation, many countries in the word have been making changes for adaptation. One of those is to establish an “Independent System Operator (ISO)”. The responsibilities of ISO are to dispatch electricity to balance supply and demand to maintain electric reliability, congestion management, etc. ISO should also share market information for participants fairly and non-discriminatorily. Accordingly, Open Access Same-Time Information System (OASIS) is then developed. Thus, the thesis will develop a virtual interface for users to calculate possible line loss allocation and available transfer capability of each transmission line.
In allocating transmission losses, because of highly nonlinear and non-separable properties of the loss function, the thesis will utilize Shapley value of Game Theory and a normalization procedure into a two-stage line loss allocation method under a contract-spot hybrid market for solving the fairness problem, while using current contributions obtained from equivalent current injections to define a characteristic function for computing Shapley value. In calculating available transfer capability, the thesis describes total transfer capability under the scope of a stable limitation, and calculates transmission reliability margin and capability benefit margin. Then, we get available transfer capability base on those three value.
In virtual interface design, the thesis will allow users to calculate possible maximal power transaction amount, the corresponding loss allocation, and available transfer capability of each transmission line based on historical transaction data. Furthermore, the virtual interface will show the comparison of loss allocation results before and after changing the trade qu antity.
Finally, a simulation result on 6-bus power system and virtual interface will append to the dissertation.
