The main findings of this study are, Model-View-Controller（MVC）is applied to the Web Accessibility development, and XML and XSLT are used to convey content and format presentation style to build and construct Multi-Version webpages. A user can simply click and choose the specific style of exhibition that she wants to explore. It is of user’s interest and better the results of learning.
The purposes of this study are, to construct a framework of Multi-Version webpages and to build standard procedures. System experts and users have evaluated this system. The results show that both the experts and users agree that this is a good system. They think Multi-Version webpages can help the user to access to the web easily. It also will help to shorten the gap of the digit divide.
