碩士 === 義守大學 === 管理研究所碩士班 === 93 === This study aims to explore the relationship of e-learning, knowledge management, and innovation effects. First, the author reviewed the related literature, set up the framework of e-learning models of learning functions, knowledge management activities, and innovation effects, develop three kinds inventories and construct six basic proposition. Secondly, the researcher implemented an empirical survey for 155 different departments of different industries. The conclusion of this study showed that departments could increase knowledge management activities and innovation effects, and knowledge management played an intervening role when e-learning influence innovation effects.
