The product life cycle fast reduces with the demand not the definite increase. In order to enable the manpower resources assignment along with the produce market demand. In the manpower demand aspect, the enterprise favors to use the flexile manpower. The atypical labor are demanded increase to the manpower dispatch labor, a part time job of labor with dispatches the laborer and so on. The manpower dispatch is precisely one of temporary work arrangement concrete manifestations. The proportion that uses the manpower dispatch labor had increase in recent years in the enterprise in Taiwan.
Especially the new labor retire policy will start from July 1, 2005 in Taiwan which implements the cost at least to increase 6~8%. The enterprise shall choose an employee for a job more careful because of the management environment difficult situation. To estimate in the coming second half year, 2005, enterprise''s manpower dispatch demand that compares same time last year will largely grow two times!
Generally, the salary level and the work condition of the dispatch labor are lower than formal employee. Its society''s economic status is also weak. Therefore, the general companies do not care their work degree of satisfaction. To analysis the case company''s dispatch labor after the process real diagnosis, the research discovers the result as follows:
1. Age of the dispatch labor, if the work degree of satisfaction is approaching the relations, the part is tenable.
2. The education level of dispatch labor did not reveal the correlation to the work degree of satisfaction.
3. The dispatch labor to them recognized the social position, with the work in the society the degree that approves, is affecting its work degree of satisfaction
4. How much does the supervisor encourages to the dispatch labor, is affecting its work degree of satisfaction.
5. The enterprise to the manpower dispatch labor and the formal staff discrimination degree, can reverse affect its work degree of satisfaction.
6. The dispatch labor does how much gain the achievement feeling and brings the security sense from the work are affecting its work degree of satisfaction.
7. The working conditions security with comfortable degree, and the opportunity to transfer a formal employee from the dispatch labor, is affecting its work degree of satisfaction.
8. The dispatch labor work degree of satisfaction can influence employee’s role behavior.
