The study objects are employees at Y company in N.E.P.Z.. A total of 150 sample copies were distributed, and 139 copies were returned effectively with a return rate of 92.67% .The data analysis included descriptive analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson’s correlation analysis. The major conclusions of this research are as follows: (1)An expectation on organizational change, related to second professional training, has a significantly positive correlation with intrinsic satisfaction, extrinsic satisfaction and general satisfaction. (2)An expectation on organizational change, related to employees’ right perception, attitudes towards organizational change, and second professional training, has a significantly positive correlation with work effectiveness, work efficiency, and work quality.
