This has always been a widely concerned subject in the society. In the election process, candidates’ strategy is typically to use all of possibly effective resources to gain votes. And voters usually decide whom to vote for with consideration of trying not to alienate others. This article is a research focusing on voters’ behavior in local election of Hakka ethnic with emphasis on understanding of voters’ behavior pattern in small villages.Therefore, this article begins with study of expected response among candidates in Feng-tien Village to explain why voters reveal the behavior of uneasiness. Based on this approach, this article uses the method of ethnomethodology to further investigate and explore voters’ voting trend in the election.
