Summary:碩士 === 華梵大學 === 電子工程學系碩士班 === 93 === In this thesis, we develop an amperometric biosensor for glucose connecting with the extended gate field effect transistor (EGFET) was developed and analyzed. Screen-printed carbon electrode and the TiO2/ITO were used as the sensing membrane. The TiO2/ITO sensing membrane was obtained by depositing TiO2 on indium tin oxide glass (ITO) with the sol-gel method. Then gel entrapment was used to coat enzyme on sensing membrane as enzyme membrane, which was made by the enzyme immobilizing technology. The enzyme membrane can detect certain substances of the biochemical reaction (redox reaction), and using the principle of EGFET to build up the enzyme sensitive field effect transistor (EnFET). Besides, two pre-signal amperometric detector circuits were adopted in the thesis: three-electrode amperometric detector circuit and differential pair amperometric detector circuit. We hope to fulfill the development of integrated biosensor.
