| Summary: | 碩士 === 華梵大學 === 資訊管理學系碩士班 === 93 === Due to the arrival of electronic era in recent years, speciality, speed and innovation have become enterprise’s important key factors. IT outsourcing not merely lower the cost for enterprises passively, but while setting up key abilities also was expected to use the assistance from external resource and relevant professional knowledge tactically, as well as further strengthen the competitive power of enterprises. So, the mechanism of management of IT outsourcing not merely affects the efficiency of business, but also influences the enterprise's growth and the promotion of managerial ability. This is the motive of this research.
This research carried out a qualitative study for a single IT outsourcing project in securities business. It aimed to the control in software development of IT outsourcing, using the CMMI-AM to verify the project quality and institutionalize standard and adjustable procedures, while adopting Triangulation method proposed by Patton to strengthen effect as a whole in relation to the project. Firstly, according to IEEE/EIA 12207 the necessary control of normal focal points after IT outsourcing and the corresponding relationship with CMMI-AM was concluded. Then, basing on the request of goals and practices the key procedure field and the necessary file record to offer the absorbed success in their key fields was also obtained. The results of procedure put forward in this research can provide an important reference for enterprises while improving the IT outsourcing process procedures.
