In the circuit design of these electronic products, that will use the quartz oscillator to export the frequency, so the output frequency of the quartz oscillator has influenced the quality of the whole product. In main process of the quartz oscillator, when the equipment is carried out assemble at seam station, the pressure of the high electric current with electrode head is forming, the unusual metal thing of extrusion glues and attaches to quartz blank or has metal crystalline solid to drop in the interior reason of the ceramic package body, unusual phenomena of splash quality caused, Cause the quartz oscillator to output frequency to shake sometimes, but the unstable problem of quality that can't output frequency happens sometimes, it cause the unable normal operation of products of the customer end. I regard improving this splash problem as the direction of studying. Research this carry on experiment and statistical analysis by way of two stages, process parameter of finding out the optimization to improve and reduce the splash question. The first stage, the material of every supplier's lid and the ceramic package, match electric current of seam parameter, carry on the full factorial design and carry out the experiment, in order to find out the best material association. The best material chosen with the first stage that is made up for the regular factor on second stage, match each parameter of equipment, carry on Taguchi experimental design and carry out the experiment, in order to find out process parameter of the optimization, Finally we carry out mass production with the parameter of the optimization, in order to prove process of the splash question is improving. The experimental result is found, in the analysis of the main effect plot, we can know raw materials that can’t caused fine with gross to leak test bad, only process parameter of seam machine is adjusted, can influence gross and fine leak test to bad. the result via ANOVA, find the change of seam process parameter, will not influence final test result of product performance.
