Description
Summary:碩士 === 華梵大學 === 工業管理學系碩士班 === 93 === The purpose of this study is to review the salary of the internal employees through job analysis. This study first uses the Functional Job Analysis (FJA) to measure in each case the three primitives, data, people and things quantitatively and from hence, calculate the score for each primitive. The regression analysis is carried out on the basis of the score of each primitive, years of working and the salary, so as to understand the fairness of approving the salary level within the company. From this study, the results show that if years of working experience and job score are independent variables, the salary based on regression analysis is a changing variable, work experience and job score have significant effect on the salary. The reason for this is difficulty in job increases with working experience, and job score reflects the job difficulty. The “goodness of fit” matches quite well after eliminating of abnormal deviation, R2 0.939 and the Adjusted R2 0.932 indicates the present case study does not show any unfairness in the salary setting. Suggestions for the approval of the salary of new recruitment or job rotation for this case study is based on the working experience, job score and salary, in according to the regression analysis.
