Many emerging industries have great impacts on the conventional industrial ecology that lead to a great opportunity for venturing business. Also, the number of new venture is continuous to grow because of the opportunities provided by rapid changes of the external environment and fast innovation technology in IT. Furthermore, upsurge of women's rights, the increase of education level and desire for self-actualization in Taiwan, the trend of women entrepreneurs become a phenomena. It is critical for entrepreneurs to fully-utilized resources through their personal networking during its entrepreneurial process. The previous researches mainly focus on male entrepreneur and seldom have touched female entrepreneur. Therefore, it is important to study how women entrepreneurs using their networking to obtain their resources especially when women entrepreneurs have become an important trend nowadays. Case study is used in this research with in-depth interview from the women entrepreneur list of the National Youth Commission and selected by school fellow who are successful women entrepreneurs. The studied cases include beauty salon industry, apparel industry, cultural creative industry, education culture industry, food service industry and health care industry. The findings of this research are: (1) The types of personal networking are different in different stages of the new venture and the resources provided from different type of personal networking are also different; (2) The initial stage of new venture mainly rely on the relative to provide human and financial capital; (3) In the growing stage of venture mainly rely on the colleague and business connection to provide social and organization capital. This contribution of this study is to provide a good reference to women who are intending to or are establishing new venture to use their networking wisely in order to increase the success rate of their new venture.
