The related opinions in Interactive Aesthetics, such as Semiotics, Deconstructionism and Post-constructionism, Phenomenology of Perception, Aesthetic of Reception (Rezeptionsaathetik) and Game Theory are discussed. Therefore, the audiences are not only receivers, but also become a part of the text in the process of interaction by bodies involved. During the interaction, the audiences also feel that they are interacting with the artworks. It is the purpose of the study to understand the interactive relations including artworks, artists and audiences. It is also tried to build the interactive aesthetics of Digital Arts and develop “N-1 Theory.” In the method, Text Analysis is used to analyze the digital artworks. In-depth Interview Method is used to get the opinions about Digital Arts and Interactivity of artists. Questionnaire Survey is also used to survey the cognitions, preferences and opinions of Digital Arts and Interactive Aesthetics of audiences. Furthermore, Grounded Theory would be the method to analyze the qualitative data. As the result, the spirits of Digital Arts is the same as the nature of Arts. The characteristic of Digital Arts is the artwork items self. Interactivity plays important roles in Digital Arts, but it’s not the necessary material. If the goal of interaction is to interact, it will be preferred that there is no interaction in the artwork. The good interaction (real interaction) is nature when contacting with the interfaces and the bad interaction (false interaction) is controlled by artists. New human perceptions are developed by the HCI in Digital Arts. The preferences and judgments of digital artworks of audiences related to the sense of sight and hearing.
