The original idea of the paper came from the concern and the most important topic of various countries is the development of the related subject, cultural-creativity industry. At the same time,all we have to know is increase the value of the economical product – experience: the fourth kind of economical product which is promoted from the primaryproduct, the commodity or the service station separates ( Pine II andGilmore, 2,003 ).
There are quite many issues which was discovered in the past literature of the cultural-creativity industry. But, actually there was little relationship which was mentioned between the experience and the cultural creativity industry. Therefore, the paper is forcused on using the experience the viewpoint to find out the development of the cultural creativity industry activity. The papper is trying to find out how the E-land County government to conducts the large-scale activities, to promote e-land economy and to find out the sussessful model of cultural creativity industry activity by the deep discussion of the related units.
Place of the paper research for E-land Dung-Shan-rivers and Wu-Lau-Keng. Main researches are E-land International Folkgame and the E-land Green Exposition. First, the papper used 120 questionares to ask tourist to make sure the high experience in E-land. At the same time, the papper separated how the E-land county government office team to create the content of the activities by the experience element "Participation, Immersion, Surprise, Learning, Enjoyment".Finally the papper obtained the conclusion as well as carries on the suggestion.
The conclusion divides into three big spots. First, the local authority and the policy affect position of the E-land industry,and also affect activities successfully,in five dots; Second, the facilitating agency and the county government office personnel simultaneously carriy on the idea of the active content and cause to move successfully,in two dots;Third, success of development essential factor active content,in five dots: 1.The content of the activities: Viewpoint of experience moves the successful development factors; 2. The service quantity should be suitable estimated and planed; 3. The fine infrastructure causes E-land to move successfully; 4. The diversities of equipment let the activities no longer be monotonous, then causes to move successfully; 5. The talent manager is more urgent than the creativity talented person and the media talented person.
