Summary:碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 電子工程學系 === 93 === In this paper, we propose a design and implementation of a Web-based remote stethoscope and a embedded digital stethoscope. We implement the digital stethoscope separately in the PC and in the embedded system. In the Web-based remote stethoscope, we develop the digital stethoscope controlled in the distance by a Web browser. By using this stethoscope, the resulting audio files are easy to be stored and transmitted, and the users can observe the waveform by using our program. In the embedded digital stethoscope, we use the DSP board and ARM board to develop the software and hardware modules of the embedded digital stethoscope. We use digital filters such as type I Chebyshev IIR bandpass filter and the adaptive noise cancellation (ANC) filter by using the DSP board which can reduce the noise of the heart sound. In addition, the physiological sound can be stored, processed, and replayed. The local users can hear the physiological sound and see the waveform in the LCD simultaneously, and the remote users can observe the waveform through the Internet.
