Description
Summary:碩士 === 輔仁大學 === === 93 === The main purposes of this study were to investigate students’ attitudes toward various on-line interaction activities and to understand the influence of students’ interaction behaviors on their learning performances. Lab experimentation and questionnaire survey were conducted for data collecting. The experimental environment, eLearn on-line learning platform, was built by the researcher. Subjects were 78 freshmen in the Department of Information Management at Fu-Jen Catholic University. Data had been carefully analyzed with various statistical methods including item analysis, validity and reliability test, factor analysis, ANOVA, and correlation analysis. Findings of the study revealed that subjects’ on-line interaction behaviors significantly correlated to their academic performances. It was also found from the study that “Download”, “Discussion” and “Teaching Assistant” were the most effective activities on encouraging students’ motivation, improving learning outcome, and promoting satisfaction in the entire learning process. According to the results of this research, in an on-line learning environment, it was highly recommended that the instructors should understand each individual’s characteristics and accordingly employ various interaction activities for students to increase their interaction participation and thus to enhance their learning satisfaction and learning effectiveness.
