The lottery can make some of people become a billion rich man in one night. So all of people in Taiwan are enjoying this game and the lottery game will become hotter and hotter in feature. Wireless phone is very famous product in Taiwan. Everyone almost have one or more mobile phone in his/her hands. Even children also have one phone. So I just make these two functions to compound product. I hope this paper can make it come true. Wireless lottery game can make all of user easy to buy and all of the user can buy it in anytime and anywhere. This new idea can help government to earn more and more taxation; people also can easily to buy a dream in every kind of environment; The Taipei bank also can make more income in feature. All of the reason become a power and push me to create this paper. This paper is also a patent which I get in Taiwan in 2003.Please see the patent number 00589219 in Taiwan.
