The first chapter introduces Gustavo Gutierrez and his theory, especially on the concerned of the poor; and then discussing Paulo Freire’s dialogical pedagogy and Ivan Illich’s “education without school”. The second chapter makes a statement of the juvenile offenders nowadays in Taiwan, and shows the factors of their crime. The third chapter introduces that god’s demand is “doing justice”; we should follow it and show charity to others. Moreover, there will be an introduction of four catholic institutions showing the most consideration for teenagers.
