碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 宗教學系 === 93 === 〔Abstract〕 The thesis combines the concept of “the liberation theology” with “the liberal education”, and shows the most consideration for the liberation of “juvenile offender”. The first chapter introduces Gustavo Gutierrez and his theory, especially on the concerned of the poor; and then discussing Paulo Freire’s dialogical pedagogy and Ivan Illich’s “education without school”. The second chapter makes a statement of the juvenile offenders nowadays in Taiwan, and shows the factors of their crime. The third chapter introduces that god’s demand is “doing justice”; we should follow it and show charity to others. Moreover, there will be an introduction of four catholic institutions showing the most consideration for teenagers. The last chapter regards the main points of the thesis, and looks into the education about juvenile offenders in the future.
