Description
Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 環境工程與科學所 === 93 === Under the ROC Environmental Protection Administration’s (ROC EPA) air quality control and improvement programs, air pollution emissions (sulfur oxides and nitrogen oxides) are decreasing and ambient air is improving in Central Region (Taichung County, Taichung City, Chang-Hua County, and Nan-Tou County). However, it is very difficult to accurately identify transport phenomena of total suspended particulates and ozone in the region. As a result, Taichung County Environmental Protection Bureau (EPB) established a sampling program in 2004 to collect air quality data during air quality deterioration. It is not possible to sample air quality in every air quality monitoring station under limited budgets and resources. Therefore, it is imperative to prioritize the sampling points during periods of poor air quality. The objective of this research is to start with the current 10 ROC EPA’s air quality monitoring stations in the Central Region and select the top 5 monitoring stations for prioritization using ELECTRE and grey relations while considering 6 pre-determined factors. The research found that the priority list usually starts with Chang-Hua and Seatwen stations. The research also found that applying grey relation as a prior analysis can simplify the ELECTRE process and reduce the chance of human errors.
