The 3D reconstruction with MATLAB was evaluated by using the 2D images of the designed model. The method of Radon reconstruction was used in the work of the 3D reconstruction. The 3D structure of the designed model was recovered by using MATLAB although the size of the reconstructed structure was changed. However, the recovery of the 3D reconstruction by using MATLAB with the method of Radon reconstruction and with the designed model was valuable.
