The topic of the study is the discussion of the cognitions of current status, organization’s commitment and its citizen behaviors , and the understanding of the effects of different degrees from employees in individual attributions of Central District Branch Chunghwa Telecommunication, Corporation under the changes being privatization of public corporation.
The objects of the study is the employees from six cities and counties,
including Taichung county, Taicung city, MiaoLi county, Chunghua county, NanTou county and YunLin county. 545 questionnaires were published, 480 questionnaires were replied, and 449 questionnaires were valid. The reference of the research is “Study Questionnaires Related To Relationship Of The Cognition Of Organization''s Change On Organization Commitment And Its Citizen Behaviors Under Public Corporation Privatization”. The statistics were analyzed and calculated with Effective average, standard deviation, frequency distribution, percentage, t-test, Privatization, One-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, and multiple-regression analysis. The conclusion of the study is as follows.
1. The cognitions of Employees in different attributions toward organization’s
changes. The cognitions from employees in the attributions of sexuality,ages,
qualfication , experiences, position, title, and institutions where they work
toward organization’s changes differ obviously, except education.
2.The commitment from organization for the employees in the attribution of
qualfication and ages make much differences, except sexuality, education, experiences , position and institutions where they work.
3. The organization citizens'' behaviors of employees in different attributions like sexuality, ages, qualfication , experiences and duty have no obvious distinctions, except institutions where they work.
4. The employee’s cognition toward organization change and organization
commitment shows partially make partial connection. The cognition of
management of efficiency, organization ability to compete, values of
commitments show positive relation. The cognition of doubts about
protecting rights and commitment for hard-working shows negative relation.
5. The tout ensemble cognition from employees toward organization changes
and the whole organization citizens’ behavior shows positive relation.
6. The body commitment of the organization and its whole citizens behaviors
show positive relation for the employees. Per coverage of organization
commitment and non-quarrels over profits show negative relation;
organization commitments and organization citizens’ behavior show positive
relation.
The study is to provide suggestions based on the conclusion to be the
reference for the authorities, managers, and future researchers.
