At the present moment , the technology change so fast , and our customers won’t be satisfied with old things. So, we must respoud ceuiclcly to our customers’ need.
A successful manager should create a culture in the organization . And the good culture can motivate the members in the organization to create a idea. This research is to explore the influencing factors of personal innovativeness , and these factors include leadership styles , organizational culture and information culture. We follow the research paradigm of the internal environment of the organization , and build a structure to integrated the leadership styles and culture .In this research we collecte 114 samples to analyze the relationships among leadership styles , organizational culture , information culture and personal innovativeness .
After a series of analysis , we generalize some important conclusions as follow:
1. Leadership styles has a significant positive effect on personal innovativeness.
2. Organization culture has a significant positive effect on personal innovativeness.
3. Information culture has a significant positive effect on personal innovativeness.
4. Leadership styles has a significant positive effect on Information culture.
5. Organization culture has a significant positive effect on personal innovativeness.
6. Leadership styles has a significant positive effect on Organization culture.
