Design experiment is a 25-1 fractional factorial designs of design generator I = ABCDE . Design resolution V, the main factor effect is no aliases and two factors are interactions. The experiment data are analysed in Design-Expert software. As a result, five factors are found to be observed for lenses curvature. Also the optimal variable combination for the lenses curvature is found to be swing speed : 18.02 rpm、revolving speed:1720.14 rpm、lapping pressure:2.25 kg/cm2、swing rang : 0~26.15、lapping time:15.52sec.
