We collected information about inspectors in a production company of internal . Total 80 sample copies were distributed,67 effective copies were back, return rate 83.75%. The data analysis are using EXCELL and SPSS 10.0 software .It has included descriptive analysis, reliability analysis, oneway ANOVA , Pearson’s correlation analysis, multiple regression . The major conclusions of this research are as follows:
Those inspectors of manufacture inspection department had best satisfaction on person to person relationships and had worst satisfaction on working environment;Those inspectors of assembly inspection department had best satisfaction on person to person relationships and had worst satisfaction on working environment;Those inspectors of non-destruction inspection department had best satisfaction on person to person relationships and had worst satisfaction on salary satisfaction;
Those inspectors of tooling inspection department had best satisfaction on person to person relationships and had worst satisfaction on salary satisfaction。On the inspector of manufacture inspection department depend on person’s age different present obvious different in total job satisfaction and salary satisfaction;Due to person’s age and salary different present obvious different in jobs character satisfaction. Same as condition present obvious different in level of education for self-value satisfaction.
