Because they have worked hard in the past time，in order to increase their living income. For the problem of environmental protection，they have not too much concept. Now the social masses promote their living standard，they have new opinion and idea about the environmental problem and the nature ecological system. In contrast，the popular naturally have many different ask and anticipation for the traditional management family-style electroplate processing factory that their factory electroplate-effluent drain cause the serious pollution problem of community circumstance and land. The electroplate processing industries managers have met the important environmental protection pressure. After the managers considering and evaluating many aspects，they pursue their business continuous management，and the managers have particular match measures of environmental management strategy. I hope to investigate the thinking frame， the mode of movement and the policy of electroplate processing industries managers by deep-interview in this research. We analyze the thinking frames of the managers when they have met the pressure of environmental protection，by the cognition and the feeling and narration of their environmental management strategies in their business，who accompany various environment management strategies. From the interview information，We can realize the application of the managers about the environment management strategy in their factory administration and the electroplate processing industries managers how use their social resources connection and effective management style to break through the huge management pressure of electroplate processing industries，to attain the goal of the industry administration forever. The effective environmental management strategies of the managers accompany different thinking frames.In this research，we will present that the electroplate processing industries managers that have different though mode when they meet the pressure of environmental protection. After evaluating，the managers rise various different environmental management strategies. According to the theory of reasonable analogous motion，we can explore that the electroplate processing industries managers draw various environmental management strategies by different salient belief. To realize the affect of the thinking frames to the managers，it will help us to examine the environmental management strategies mode and the evaluation manner of policies decision of small-to-medium-sized enterprises in Taiwan. We can make out the environmental management strategies and the management manners for the small-to-medium enterprises research in the future.
