碩士 === 大葉大學 === 資訊管理學系碩士在職專班 === 93 === The main purpose of this research is focusing on the implement condition and future development of e-commerce in Taiwan. Base on the result that shows about 70% of the medical industries have invested in the medical e-commerce system so far. According to the observation of different level of medical industries, Medical Center even has e-commerce system up to 100%. As for the studying of difference that is channelled into and setting up in the medical e-commerce system, Discover whether have already channelled in the medical industries which treat e-commerce system into and adopted and practised medicine, Three items, such as demand, degree of support medical industries, medical industries inside ability, etc. change one and has not been showing the difference to lie in medical industries oneself. Meanwhile, Up to 94% of the medical industries has the will to continue investing in and setting up the medical e-commerce system. (the average is 3.571 points). On the other hand, there are obvious differences about investing in and setting up the medical e-commerce system among different level of medical industries. Based on the research, Medical Centers are impressive to upgrade the service quality. The Regional Hospitals are in favor of working efficiency the most. Surprisingly, The Local Hospitals have the highest approval of the e-commerce concept.
