碩士 === 大葉大學 === 國際企業管理學系碩士在職專班 === 93 === For most of the countries, the total annual merchandising amount of the government on earthworks, products and services is the biggest domestic customer. If the merchandising behaviors are not for transferring-sale, we call it, the governmental merchandising (唐國盛, 1998). The military merchandising is a part of the governmental merchandising which has to obey the military institute merchandising rules beside the government merchandising law, and its execution regulations. It must be economic and efficient always to consider the entire quality, efficiency, cost… etc. to receive proper earthworks, properties, and labor services on time to backup the needs of national military defense (the Ministry of National Defense, 2003). Because the military merchandising is happening via contractors to accomplish the purposes of merchandising, maintenance and repairing, the fulfillment of the contract is very important. Therefore, this research is using a questionnaire to discuss the influences of request for contact fulfillment, audit section, need adjustment and contract efficiency, the main findings as below: 1.The request for contract fulfillment and the efficiency of contract fulfillment are direct portions. 2.The merchandising audit section and the efficiency of contract fulfillment are direct portions.
