In some sectors, the mass production line is even modified and replaced by the pattern of build to order production. Hence, quality is becoming a vital concern in terms of customer’s purchasing behavior.
Due to the impact from different issues, including transformation and reorganization, budgetary shrinkage on national defense, and flat hierarchy in armed forces of ROC , the Arsenal is facing strict challenges first ever in operation.
This paper bases on a case study of Arsenal and focuses on quality management field and its effectiveness. A survey related to quality recognition for employee is conducted. By using regression analysis methodology, results show the variety aspects, which include “high level management”, “quality department”, “training”, “product design”, “supplier’s quality management”, ‘process management’, “quality report”, and “labor relationship” in the total quality management (TQM), are all significant and revealing positive impact for arsenal’s business running.
