Base training period, the training result non-minority person may decide is achievement which in the unit each member joint effort. Only has each person automatically to be spontaneous can complete the training mission. How arouses the wish which is from heart ? Why can the same intelligence personnel have the different effect under the same training? What type environment can cause the person comparatively to be willing to pay? This is a question which each basic unit must face, also is the work which must carry out key. This research take this as a beginning. Discusses how causes the army facing the training mission when can effective grasp achieves the duty the method. The purpose of this study was to examine the Organizational climate, Job characteristic, Locus of control, Self-efficacy and Job performance of the basic training unit. The study adopted questionnaires to get the real answer from the north army base training unit. Of the 380 questionnaires sent out, 364 were returned, among which 320 were valid exclusive of 44 invalid. The returned rate of valid questionnaires was 84.2%. This study has adopted SPSS FOR WINDOWS as the tool for statistical analysis. The methods for analysis of sample data were as follows : reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, T-test analysis, single factor variant analysis(one-way ANOVA), subsequent inspection, Pearson correlated analysis , regression analysis and so on. This research after real diagnosis research, the research discovers as follows: 1.Basic training unit Organizational climate, Prize reward factor and Human sentiment factor is well-effect to Self-efficacy. 2.Basic training unit Job characteristic and Each sub- factor is well-effect to Self-efficacy. 3.Basic training unit personnel Internal control Personality is well-effect to Self-efficacy. 4.Basic training unit Self-efficacy is well-effect to Job performance. 賴文魁 2005 學位論文 ; thesis 151 zh-TW |
