However, there will be many different adjustment outcomes when foreign workers with various personalities must face the same environment. Generally, an adjusted worker will perform well. Hence, the research is to discuss the effect of foreign workers’ personality and population statistics variables to sea adjustment, the conclusion is as follows: 1.Foreign workers who tend to corporate with others, always try to do their best, follow the successful ways, and have various hobbies could adjust better. 2.Foreign workers who tend to like to chat and make friends with others be ambitious and considerate could adjust better. 3.foreign worker whose personality tend to concentrate, build good relation with others and age are older could adjust better about their job, language, culture, and interacting with Taiwanese.
