| Summary: | 碩士 === 大葉大學 === 休閒事業管理學系碩士班 === 93 === The purpose of this Study of the Changhua County Rural Areas Leisure Industry Workers’ Attitudes on Local Sustainable Development include living quality and incubating activities.
This study’s purposive sampling method was used to collect data in this study. Totally 317 self-administered questionnaires were distributed, and 279 of them were effective. Reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson product-moment correlation were utilized to analyze data.
The results of analysis were founded as follows:
1. The workers of leisure industry were all agree the developing leisure industry has the help to the local economical production and the social life.
2. There was significant difference in the living quality about that the times of people take part in environmental protection actions. The higher times of participation, agreed the development leisure industry was helpful to living quality.
3. People in different ages, careers, and the times of involved in environmental protection actions had significant difference in the attitude of incubating activities. The higher times of participation, agreed the development leisure industry was helpful to incubating activities.
4. The village leisure industry workers’ has positive linear correlation between economical production attitudes and social life attitudes.
5. The village leisure industry workers’ has positive linear correlation between economical production attitudes and environment ecology attitudes.
Finally, based on the findings and conclusions, the research offered some suggestions.
