In order to tune center frequency of the filter, a voltage bias is applied through the interdigital Au electrodes on the SrTiO3 film to change the dielectric constant of the film. The center frequency can be modulated 4.1 MHz (0.2%) by applying electric field 0.7 V/cm at 77 K.
