| Summary: | 碩士 === 大葉大學 === 事業經營研究所 === 93 === In recent years, the development trends of internationalization and liberalization together with the fast development of China's Mainland economics and technology cause the domestic industries to expatriate. Therefore ,the R.O.C. government has been positive to push the sub-plan of the project of “Challenge 2008：Country Development Key Plan”-setting up the Free Trade Zone (FTZ) to enhance competitiveness.
The goal of the research seeks to investigate the determinants of FTZ investment from a manufacturer’s perspective. In the research Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was used to examine which determinants to affect manufacturers’ investment intention in FTZ. The result indicated that the most important dimension is that of
logistics center and seven key factors.They are
1 Supply Chain Management
2 Cargo Clearance Automation
3 ERP system
4 processing capability
5 deep processing
6 cost of transportation
7 integrated sea-truck-air transportation
we find the results conform to manufacturer’s needs which are speed、cost and difference. However, the factor of multifunctional office and warehouse does not directly influence manufacturers’ investment intention.
