Up to the end of 2003, the number reached to eighty-five, including sixty-three incubator centers invested or assisted by the funds of small-medium enterprises and those established by enterprisers themselves and other departments. These incubator centers have spread all over Taiwan. Thus, they occupy the top one density in the world. In addition, they also foster 1552 enterprises and help create new products. Under our government’s devotion to develop the surroundings for incubator centers, the prospect ion of incubator centers will attract every walk of life in the future. The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of different aspects of the key factors for success on incubator centers’ fostering entrepreneurs in terms of case interview and questionnaire. In addition, from the aspect of incubator companies’ viewpoints in the need of help of incubator centers, the comparison and induction of the key factors for success are discussed in this paper. This study concludes eight key factors that influence the success of entrepreneurs. The following factors are ranked by their importance: technical support service, financial support service, human resources service, marketing planning service, information management service, entity equipment service, professional commerce service, and general administration service.
