As to the thing that probe into the theme studied deeply for this text with implement the index of consulting in advantages and disadvantages of its development in the future. The main research purpose of this text is: Regard financial statement materials of holding company of U.S.A.''s finance as the financial ratios parameter, in order to test the distinguish out and implement the securitization quality parameter of the financial assets through counting , use Logistic Regression Model to analyze finally, In order to offer the difficulty financial institutions to implement the securitization of the financial assets and consult the indicators. It finds this text debt stockholder''s equity correctly when it is of security the indicator of DE and DEE for showing by parameter mainly deposit vs. stockholder''s equity, among them DEE parameter is significant while assaying in three issues of securitization of implementing financial assets even more. So the difficulty financial institutions to perform the securitization of the financial assets have to think the safety as indicator.
