| Summary: | 碩士 === 清雲科技大學 === 電子工程研究所 === 93 === The Y branching waveguide is quite important and basic to integrated optics component. This thesis mainly is to use algorithm of neighbor spread algorithm of the Y branching waveguide to integrated optics on the component that contains mild structure of geometry changes. To consider its propagates diffusion and the direction, the simplifying the fourth of neighborhood and spreading models is proposed, in addition, the bigger structure of geometry changed component, plus consider the direction along the diffusion of direction 45 angle of propagating, eight intact neighborhood spreads models are proposed.
