Summary: | 碩士 === 中原大學 === 電子工程研究所 === 93 === The reflectance and illuminated areas on the device surface that play an important role for the solar cells. Thus in this dissertation, we first utilize the simulation software to design the Si3N4 single-layer and TiO2/Al2O3 double-layer antireflection coatings and make use of the design result on the process of manufacturing solar cells. And we confer that the Si3N4 single-layer and TiO2/Al2O3 double-layer antireflection coatings on the solar cell’s performance by the current-voltage characteristic and spectral response measurement. On the other hand, we would like to design the prismatic cover structure to apply on the InGaP/GaAs/Ge triple-junction solar cells. We also confer the prismatic cover structure on the effects of solar cell’s characteristics. The result shows that the structure also can increase the short circuit current(Isc), maximal output power(Pmax)and efficiency(EFF)of the solar cell.
