Satisfies possibly has the change market demand as necessary, makes a faster decision-making, flexible response, adapts the globalization. Has more and more enterprises to hope can the affiliation manages by the information technology and the knowledge sharing to construct the construction comparatively to have the competitive ability the virtual team. In the different time, the different place completes a task; the new working concept to be rapid together spreads in the enterprise, many aims at to the virtual team's research also in accordance to lives. This research is to putting in order in relevant documents and materials, such as trust, knowledge sharing, member interaction and virtual team's performance, etc. In view of this, use to sum up and find out the relation and influence among trust, knowledge sharing, member interaction and virtual team's performance. This research adopts the investigation method of the questionnaire, participates in members who the virtual team operates actually to Greater China district of one American software company, goes on the facility and sample, uses the SPSS software to carry on the analysis of the materials. The angle that from trust , knowledge sharing and member interaction, probe into the operation situation of the virtual team in an all-round way, try to find out the relation in the middle of it, and sum up the relevant conclusion with the result of study, and provides the correlation suggestion. Offer and propose relevantly. Suitable for carrying out the virtual team or managing virtual team, does for the improve team’s performance and enhance struggle strength reference in the practice circle. Also may offer an integrity concept as a reference for further research of virtual teams. The conclusion as follows: 1.The superintendent trusts to the knowledge share climate, task performance and cooperative satisfaction assumes the obviously positive relations. 2.The colleague trusts to the knowledge share behavior, communication, society supports, cohesiveness and cooperation, assumes the obviously positive relations. 3.The organization trusts and communication to the knowledge share climate assumes the obviously positive relations. 4.The society supports to the knowledge share behavior and cooperative satisfaction assumes the obviously positive relations. 5.The cohesiveness and the cooperation to the knowledge share behavior and the cooperative satisfaction assumes the obviously positive relations.
