| Summary: | 碩士 === 中原大學 === 工業工程研究所 === 93 === “Lean Production” is a rational production system which mainly consists of the concepts of “JIT(Just-in-Time)” and “Jidohka”. “Streamline Production” is one kind of continuous production that connects previous and next processes in sequence. Generally Speaking, “Streamline Production” could be viewed as one of the tools for realizing “Lean Production System”. Nowadays ,the trend of market demand towards high-mix and low-volume, hence this research proposes the construction model of “Lean Streamline Production” It provides a set of steps and methods for front-line use at workplace when introducing. Lean production system to the industries that are based on the traditional production model of “Non-Flow Batch-and-Queue.”
Finally, one case studied in certain great foreign corporate is used to verify the proposed model. The results such as productivity improvement, production lead time reduction, and WIP reduction are successfully achieved to demonstrate the usefulness of this model in practice.
