Description
Summary:碩士 === 中原大學 === 土木工程研究所 === 93 === The aim of study concerns with the stability analysis of the unsymmetrical Kao-Ping-Hsi Cable-Stayed Bridge. A finite element computation procedure has been set up for the stability analysis of such kind of structures. This text discusses to the influence of the arrangement of cable-stays and tower cross section on the stability of Kao-Ping-Hsi Cable-Stayed Bridge. The linear stability analysis method is used in search of critical loads and corresponding buckling modes when the bridges are subjected to full span uniform live loading. Based on the results of numerical analysis, the influences of the pretension force in cable stays, the shape of bridges and nonlinear effects on the stability of cable-stayed bridges will be also be studied. Fine kinds dispose modeling of cable-stayed and four kinds of tower sections in the article. Under the nonlinear effects including beam-column effect and cable sag effect are considered, to oblique pieces of stability influence and comparing with the linear analysis result of cable-stayed bridge. According to the extent of critical loads and corresponding buckling modes, the load capacity and active behavior of cable-stayed bridges could be judged efficiently.
