The subjects are administrative personnel of the medical center, carrying on the questionnaire, sending out 300 questionnaires totally, valid questionnaire total 237s. These questionnaires have tested for validity and reliability; the research method includes descriptive statistics, t-test, One-way ANOVA, LSD, Pearson correlation and regression. The result reveal that: the cognition of salary allocation equity with sex, age, job description and religion are significant difference; the cognition of salary procedure equity with sex, age, job description and religion are significant difference; the organization commitment with sex, job description, education, religion, work experience are significant difference, the job involvement with sex, job description, education, and religion, work experience are significant difference; the job satisfaction with job description, work years are significant difference. There are positive significant correlation between salary allocation equity and sex, There are negative significant correlation between salary allocation equity and job description; There are positive significant correlation among the salary procedure equity , education and job description. The organization commitment with age, sex, fostered family, work years (others hospital and this hospital) are positive significant correlation; are negative significant correlation among the education and job description. The job involvement with age, sex, fostered family, work years (others hospital and this hospital) are positive significant correlation, with education, job description are negative significant correlation. The job satisfaction and age positive significant correlation. The salary allocation equity and the salary procedure equity with organization commitment, job involvement, and job satisfaction are positive significant correlation difference. The salary allocation equity, the salary and procedure equity are the best predict factors of organization commitment, job involvement, and job satisfaction. This research result could emphasize the salary system should be more transparent in this hospital. The suggestions are to enhance the ability of the chief, to revise the salary when necessary, and to encourage the staffs participant in-service education in the hospital. Expecting this research can be a reference for academic research and practice.
