Summary:碩士 === 嘉南藥理科技大學 === 化妝品科技研究所 === 93 === The aim of this research is to establish a analytical method for the determination of phytic acid , glycolic acid , lactic acid , malic acid and mandelic acid in cosmetics.The following factors were considered in this research;column type , pH buffer and organic modifier in the mobile phase and the flow rate of mobile phase. The use of Discovery® C18 column as the stationary phase and a mixture of phosphate buffer(pH2 ) and methanol (95: 5) should be a better choice for the determination of phytic acid and fruit acid in cosmetics. The results could be applied to the determination of phytic acid and fruit acid in real sample.
