Description
Summary:碩士 === 中國醫藥大學 === 藥物化學研究所 === 93 === The study traced the active constituents by screening the anti- proliferative activity of HL-60 cells. Three compounds ----- gallic acid ( I ), epi- catechin ( II ) , catechin ( III ), have been isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction of the methanolic extract of dried seeds of Vitis vinifera × Vitis labrusca. Compound I showed a potent antiproliferative activity and its IC50 was 3.1 μg/ml. Another compound-----dilinoleyl stearyl glyceride ( IV ), has been isolated from the n-Hexane fraction of the methanolic extract. Furthermore, compounds have been screened for their anti- proliferative activites of four cell lines, including B16-F0, NCI-H226, J5, MDA KB-231 cell lines. Gallic acid showed antiproliferative activity for B16-F0 and J5 cell. Their IC50 were 22.4 and 66.2 μM, respectively. Finally, gallic acid showed well tyrosinase inhibitory activity(50%)under 1000 μM and 5 mins.
