Description
Summary:碩士 === 長榮大學 === 醫務管理學系碩士班 === 93 === Patient safety issues get more popular in health industries in recent years, therefore, the worldwide researchers devote themselves to study the prevalence rate of medical adverse event by the epidemiology research and to estimate the annual mortality rate in their countries. As Taiwan statistics result, the adverse event is approximately 280 thousand events per year. Once, England medicine journals declared that adverse events happened not simple from human-made, and the original came from the wrong procedure design. If we can re-assess these medical procedures, we could prevent the medical adverse more efficiency. Comprehensive survey of our domestic research in patient safety issues found that it is rare to apply the medical flow system or a systematic surface to conduct and analyze the research. Therefore, we take acute myocardial infarction as the research sample and connect a theory frame of HELPS with management tool of FMEA to estimate risk value of clinic path node, reliability of clinic path, and also draw charts of risk models, risk tendency for managers to find any possible failure path or construction surface for improvement. Finally, it could provide managers to estimate the increased range situation of reliability after improvement risk situation, and to understand how much related cost should spend in quality improvement.
