Summary: | 碩士 === 長榮大學 === 企業管理學系碩士班 === 93 === The main purpose of this research is to explore the key success factors of the medium and small semiconductor-manufacturing firms’ transformation. We apply the theory for the fuzzy Delphi and fuzzy AHP as our methods, and then analyze the data gathered from questionnaires. All the samples are chosen by using judgment sampling. After the first stage of fuzzy AHP analysis, we extract 5 dimensions and 19 criteria in the cross-industrial section; 6 dimensions and 26 criteria in the non-cross industrial section. After the second stage of fuzzy AHP analysis, we extract 6 key success factors for the semiconductor-manufacturing firms’ transformation in the cross-industrial section , such as after-sale service, capability of designing customer-oriented products, capability of training research staffs, building the communication network with customers, capability of building long-term customer relationship, and grasping the market trend. On the other hand, we also extract 6 key success factors for the semiconductor-manufacturing firms’ transformation in the non-cross industrial section, which are capability of designing customer-oriented products, capability of controlling the production cost, capability of producing customer-oriented products, grasping the market trend, capability of controlling the production quality, and promotion capability.
