Research on Establishing the Evaluation Model for the Service Facility at the Leisure Farm

碩士 === 中華大學 === 營建管理研究所 === 93 === In the recent year, the government has been actively promoting transferring the style of agriculture, namely to transfer from the class A of agriculture into Class C of the leisure farm. Since the fashion of leisure tourism has been prevailing in the region of Taiwan, the number of leisure farm has been increased substantially in every area of our nation. Even though currently the number of our leisure farm can be numerous, on the scale and the resource. There still can be lots of differences, consequently can easily cause the travelers unable to ensure the quality of their leisure activities. On the other hands, as for the management on operating the development of leisure farm, it did not have any basis to fall on; therefore, the support of the resource quality which the leisure activities rested on has been deteriorated, along with the insufficient service facilities. For the sake to ensure the continual operation of leisure farms, at the same time for the travelers to gain the maximum satisfaction on their leisure activities, it is important to firstly establish the framework of the service facilities that should be provided by the leisure farms, and the criterion on classifying the service facilities on its development and operational management, in order to provide the leisure farm with an actual reference for its development. The object of this research is to establish a synthetic style of leisure farm, with the complete set of service facilities, the content structure, its gradation, and the possibility on the strength of its development, in order to provide a basis for developing leisure farms. For this reason, this research has based on the leisure farm domestically as its main research scope, to retrospect through the literary review and to process by a synthesizing analysis on the current condition for the development of leisure farm, in order to assist the operational management and its development of this model to establish the most suitable evaluation framework and factor on its strength, and through the gradation analysis method, to establish the relative weight on the analytical factor, then to further establish the priority on improving setting up the service facilities within the synthetic style of leisure farms, as well as the standard on classifying the evaluation criterion. Based on the research result, there are total of 21 items on the evaluation factors drafted on the service facilities for the synthetic style of leisure farm. As for the evaluation framework, there are total of 4 items, objective level are the leisure farm service facilities; the evaluation item on the first grade level are the medical safety system, transportation system, sanitation system, activities explanation system etc., of the four items; the second grade level evaluation items included parking lot facilities… etc, of total of ten items; the third grade level evaluation included roadway index… etc., of twenty-one items. Finally suggestion on the evaluation criterion, gradation method, and management programs were also proposed.
