| Summary: | 碩士 === 中華大學 === 營建管理研究所 === 93 === By reviewing the construction carelessness of the railway reconstruction, which would easily influence the nearby railway under operation, experiencing dramatic threats and loses to the life, properties, environment and the society. The majority of this research will therefore be concluded into three subjects: Risk Confirmation, Risk Analyze and Risk Management (include information feedbacks).
First, by gathering relative information or data to confirm the risk factors such as intrusion of railway clearance, electric shock, rail sagging and astray. Then analyze the risks of causing the possible hazards through charts. And finally through the careful examination and integration to process and manage the risk.
Last, the result and the information contained in this research should be treated as a useful tool or references to deduct the uncertain risks and loses for the railway reconstruction engineering
