Summary:碩士 === 中華大學 === 營建管理研究所 === 93 === Road connects to outside areas will be one key factor that influence the future development of Shi-Jian recreational area, and the road along it has nature landscape and abundant ecological distribution, belongs to an environment sensitive area, however, without proper management, the nature landscape and ecological resource will be damaged at the time of development; therefore, this research is going to select landscape premium estimation approach to make visual landscape estimation on Shi-Jian area, and through the production of impacted road section to address appropriate design approach. The first estimation is made by psychology practical model in this research, grading each landscape by use of slide, and analyzes tourist’s preferred roadway landscape type; then, use cognition estimation model to divide practical landscape element of the slide, calculate practical landscape element of the photo and test tourist’s preference, and through the results of above estimation and statistic analysis to transform the impacted road section through eco-technology to the visual landscape roadway with higher premium estimation. This research primarily plans to use the combined strategy of landscape and ecology and through the understanding of tourist’s preferred roadway landscape type to create a landscape roadway with high premium estimation, and introduce the design approach of ecology from the factors that influence practical landscape to reduce the serious impact of road development on ecological environment; and expecting to achieve the viewpoint of landscape premium’s effect and ecological balance through this approach, and propose the research results to relevant institutions and business managers as references.
