| Summary: | 碩士 === 中華大學 === 經營管理研究所 === 93 === Free trade is the based on the regional economic integration. The trend of regional economic integration has become mainstream of the international economic development at the present stage. The purpose of this study is to examine the change of export competitiveness to ASEAN in the three years (2002-2004) that after Taiwan and China participated in the WTO. We use the method of Import / Export Ratios Indicator and Trade Specialization Coefficient, to explore if China and ASEAN-10 decides to form Free Trade Area(FTA), what effect will Taiwan face, and how will Taiwan’s trade structure change? Further more, we will compare the competitiveness of Taiwan and Mainland China in ASEAN.
