Summary: | 碩士 === 中華大學 === 資訊管理學系 === 93 === In general, organizational policies, planning evaluations are done by group decision in most of the organizations. The decision team in an organization evaluates each alternative based on their experiences and limited information to make their judgments so that the best alternative can be made. Fuzzy AHP has replaced analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) in multi-objective decision-making approach, since the former fails to deal with fuzzy decision- making. In order to integrate the opinion of each expert, Chen (1994) proposed the Similarity Aggregation Method (SAM) to combine with the FAHP to analyze the similarity between the fuzzy values of each expert, so that the drawbacks of arithmetic average of any two experts can be eliminated.
There are two objectives in this research. First, we propose the Reciprocal Distance of Fuzzy Centroid Method (RDFCM), which is an extension of SAM, to the multiple criteria decision-making process. It is shown that, by our approach, the similarity function can be easily developed to measure the agreement degree between two experts. Furthermore, through the process of RDFCM, it will yield the same result as that of by SAM.
Second, due to its linearity and simplicity, Triangular membership functions are the most popular one in most of the studies and its applications. However, it is more suitable to apply the nonlinear membership function in the dynamic world. Therefore, we apply Gaussian membership function to replace the triangular membership function in the analysis. Furthermore, we combine FAHP with factor rating approach and RDFCM which will integrate the alternatives and the weights of the criteria from decision makers. The result tends to improve some drawbacks of AHP, thus presents a new way of multi-criteria decision- making (MCDM) process. Finally, we conclude this thesis with an empirical example of apartment renting system for the students of Chung Hua University, and build up a decision support system for such a case.
