First, strategically industries have to choose suppliers for cooperation; further, they need to connect all the inside information and systems to have all tier companies work in coordination with each other. Through the integration of technological process and resources, companies in this chain are able to coordinate their product design, marketing, logistic, service, and other relevant programs under the consideration of improving the competitive advantages of supply chain as a whole. According to the system dynamic perspectives, this study seeks to analyze factors affecting the supply chain management, hoping that this research would be helpful for industries in improving their supply chain management performance. Supply chain management is of complicated systemic structure; only to find out the key problem can we improve the performance by means of immediate revision. On the other hand, system dynamics is applied to understand the way complicated systems would change in operation, and also the way circuits inside the system structure would influence the whole progress. Seeking to construct the dynamic models of our related factors which affect the supply chain management performance, this study classifies these models into three aspects of causal relationship and causal feedback loop through analyzed references: cost flow, flexibility flow, and customer flow. All the constructed circuits in this research are positive feedbacks, and the system is so influenced by the external factors that it keeps its balance instead of expanding without limit. Finally, this study uses the constructed causal relationship and causal feedback loop to illustrate and analyze the factors inside our suggested references, which suggests not only related issues for further study but also a kind of thinking access for future research in this field.
